In an effort to keep our fees down (for your benefit) we no longer send out monthly statements. At the completion of your visit you will receive your only bill which we request you take care of within the month. The exception to this is if you have insurance, in which case we will send out a statement or refund as soon as we receive payment from your Insurance company.
