Insurance & Financial Policy

At Valley Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. We are currently in-network providers with Delta Dental and United Concordia (Elite Plan only). We encourage the discussion of services and associated fees prior to any treatment rendered to avoid costly misunderstandings. Payment in full is required at the time of the visit. If we are contracted with your insurance plan the co-payment will be collected at the time of the visit.

Your insurance contract is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier. We encourage you to study the provisions of your insurance plan prior to treatment as there is significant variation in coverage between companies and plans. We can also, if requested, verify the benefits online prior to your appointment and provide an estimate of co-payments and deductibles that will be due at the time of service. As a courtesy we will file a claim with your insurance carrier for your reimbursement.

Please be sure to bring your insurance information with you and update us with any changes. Most insurance companies will process the claim within 2 to 4 weeks. Balances remaining following insurance reimbursement will be your responsibility.

For your convenience, we accept cash, debit care, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. In addition, we are pleased to offer patient financing through Care Credit (six-month plan only).
