I know most people cringe when they hear “root canal”. I did when I first found out that I needed one. I had heard all of the horror stories! I dreaded scheduling it, but I did. I had heard great things about Valley Endodontics of Harrisonburg, and they didn’t disappoint. I was treated like family while I was there, and Dr. Bishop did a fantastic job! She not only was very personable and relatable, but she did an awesome job with the procedure. For what was being done, it was quick and easy! I could tell she took great pride in her work and was attentive to every detail. I left the office feeling very confident in the work I had done! The dentist performing my later work with the cap was also impressed with the work that Dr. Bishop had done!

I would give this office 10 stars if I could!!! They are awesome, Dr Bishop, Tracey and Wendy(I believe I remembered the names correctly) all went above and beyond to do what they could to help relieve a horrible toothache I was suffering with for over a week. I will be forever grateful for their empathy!!

My daughter was referred there from Dr hamblin and they took a year and still no call back and finally Dr hamblin pushed her through after a year and when they finally saw her they said she didn't need a root canal like Dr hamblin said and they drilled and filled it the same day it fell out and I took her back the following Monday and they filled it again and I took her to my childhood dentist Dr jones in Verona and he found that her tooth is abscessed so their lack of care and ignorance cost my daughter a permanent tooth because now it's not saveable

I had a root canal here a few weeks ago by Dr. McKearney. I was so afraid to even go since it was my first one ever. They were fantastic. The young woman working for him was funny and very knowledgeable. They were fantastic... He did mention the infection may flare up in a few days, which it did. I called them because I had swelling in my face and mouth. They got me in there rather quickly and drained the huge boil I'll call it, in my mouth. When I went to leave they notified me it was free. I without a doubt will absolutely go back there if I ever need another root canal. Thank you guys so much!

Had my root canal done here now I’m suffering the consequences, my tooth was infected and had to get my tooth taken out. I remember the doctor rushing and didn’t clean out my tooth well. Now I have lost bone and just had to get a bone graft. An other procedure I was not looking forward to.

The Doctors are rude and inconsiderate. Their ego has certainly got the best of them. When I confronted the staff and asked if the doctors were always this way, She was afraid to comment.

Dr McKearney performed not 1, but 2 root canals on me just today. I can't say enough good about my experience. Not only is he suoer friendly, but this guy is good, and I mean GOOD. I would recommend in a heartbeat!! So nice to find a real dentist these days, and noone is a bigger wimp at the dentist than me, so this says ALIT! Thanks so much

Dr. Kenee was professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. One of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure to work with. He and all of the office staff went above and beyond in making a root canal such a smooth, pleasant, and good experience! Pain free and was explained what to expect. I have never experienced such a wonderful group of people! Dr. Kenee and the office staff are all exceptional!!

Dr. Kenee and Jan were the best. I informed them that I've never been a fan of the dentist and the air tools makes me anxious. They were extremely respectful of this and conducted the appointment throughly and quickly. I never experienced any discomfort or pain during the procedure. I would recommend 10/10

My name is Krista, and Dr. Kenee was not only gentle and fast with this procedure but also genuinely concerned about his patient's well being. I had my procedure done Thursday morning, their offices are closed Fridays, however he called me Friday morning, from home on his work cell phone to check on my progress and see how my pain levels were doing since the day before. No doctor or dentist I know checks on their patients on their day off after a procedure. Truly outstanding and genuinely kind care. I wish he could do all my dental work! Absolutely recommend their services and staff. I do not wish to have another root canal, but I will definitely be going to this location if/when I need another. Thank you!!

I could write a novel about my overwhelmingly positive experience with Dr McKearney and his staff! I felt like I was in the best possible place to address my specific dental issue. I really appreciated Dr McKearney taking the time to help me fully understand what exactly was going on, and the steps he had to take to help me. A day after my procedure, and I feel 100% better than I had been. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. 5 stars without the slightest reservation. He is a truly capable and caring doctor.

I recently had my first root canal. Dr. Kenee and his assistant Jill, were both extremely professional. I was very apprehensive and my mouth was extremely sore. They both explained what was happening with my tooth and what options I had. Dr. Kenee went over the process of a root canal and what to expect. They were both phenomenal at controlling pain and doing a thorough job. I was in much more pain before the root canal than I was during or after. The entire thing was no more than a filling. I would most definitely go a lot sooner next time than dealing with agonizing pain. I highly recommend Dr. Kenee and his assistant, Jill!
